Allianz Insurance has promoted Robin Stagg to the post of innovation manager.
In his new role, he will work as part of the group’s strategic innovation unit, developing and implement the insurer’s innovation strategy while at the same time ensuring that latest research is taken on board.
Mr Stagg joined Allianz’s claims management graduate programme in 2007 and has previously managed a variety of change projects within the claims division including process improvement, telephony and IT related schemes.
Commenting on the appointment, Allianz Insurance HR director, Philip Gennoy, says: “Since 2006 Allianz has implemented 30,000 ideas generated by its employees, delivering an annualised benefit of £15 million.
“To continue this success it is vital that we have a strong team in place and Robin will be a welcomed addition.”
