New conditions covered are: Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Pituitary Tumour, Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation and Cerebral Aneurysm. Childs Hydrocephalus has also been added for children.
In addition, Sudden Cardiac Arrest will be eligible for a full payment up to 100% of the sum assured and Ulcerative Colitis has been enhanced from a partial to a full payment.
Three conditions have been enhanced to ABI+ status as follows: Major Organ Transplant, Blindness and TPD.
Regarding terminal illness payments, these will now be paid in cases where a terminal illness is diagnosed within 12 months of the end date of the policy.
