Lovers Indicted In Murder-for-Life-Insurance Scheme

A Georgia woman has been arrested in the shooting death of her husband by her alleged lover in a suburban Atlanta daycare parking lot two years ago.

Andrea Sneiderman, 35, was indicted Thursday by a DeKalb Country grand jury, ABC News reported

She was charged with racketeering, murder with malice, criminal attempt to commit murder, insurance fraud, and making false statements and perjury in the death of her husband, Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman, 36, in the parking lot of their son's daycare center.

Hemy Neuman, Andrea Sneiderman's boss, was arrested several months after the shooting. In March, he was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted in the death earlier this year.

Both Neuman's attorneys and prosecutors allege the pair was having an affair and developed the murder plot together.

Neuman's attorneys charged during closing arguments in Neuman's trial that she used him to collect on her husband's $2 million life insurance policy.

Andrea Sneiderman has denied any involvement in the killing.
