Allianz Your Cover Insurance has appointed Jon Lott as head of direct, following the departure of Andy James.
Mr Lott is moving to the UK business from his current role as head of direct at Allianz Australia where his responsibilities included profitability, sales, customer experience and product and proposition development.
In his new role, he will develop and implement the growth strategy of the Allianz Your Cover brand and create a differentiated brand proposition.
