RSA and LV= have signed a bilateral agreement aimed at speeding up and streamlining motor claims processes and cutting unnecessary costs.
Commenting on the deal, LV= technical claims director Martin Milliner says: “This is a great step forward to ensure fairness all round.”
RSA says it remains open to talks with other insurers on the possibility of similar agreements.
