Aviva has announced that Euleen Goh, an independent non-executive director of the group, has decided to step down from the board and as a member of the audit, nomination and corporate responsibility committees, with effect from 31st December 2012.
Ms Goh joined the insurer’s board in 2009 and is leaving to pursue her activities in Singapore where she is a non-executive director of Singapore Airlines and of the Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, and chair of the Singapore International Foundation.
