The BGL Group has announced the appointment of Catherine Lynch as a new Executive Team member and the firm’s Human Resources director.
She joins the firm from Barclaycard, where she worked most recently as HR director for the UK and Europe.
Earlier in her career Lynch worked for seven years as Santander’s HR director, as well as gaining retail sector experience from her time with Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
In her new role with BGL Group Lynch will be directly responsible to Group Chief Operating Officer Matthew Donaldson.
Donaldson stated that the firm’s continual growth was dependent upon its ability to attract and keep exceptional individuals, and welcomed Lynch’s expertise and innovative approach to the firm.
