Howden names future non-executive chairman

Howden Broking Group Limited has announced that next year Adrian Colosso is to become non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors.

Colosso was previously chief executive officer of Heath Lambert, and after the firm was acquired by AJ Gallagher he served as chief executive officer of UK Retail for Gallagher Heath.

Howden Broking Group Chief Executive Officer Tim Coles said that Colosso was a great fit for the firm due to his extensive experience in international and direct broking distribution.

Coles went on to say that his experience and strong insurance market connections would help guide Howden through its next phase of evolution.

Colosso described working for an ambitious company like Howden Broking Group as a fresh challenge that he was keen to take on.
