Howden Broking Group Limited, part of Hyperion Insurance Group, has announced the transfer of business assets from Windsor Partners Limited to Howden Insurance Brokers Limited.
The transfer is part of a wider process of integrating Windsor into Howden, following the acquisition of the former in July of this year.
John Bennett has been appointed chief executive officer of Howden Insurance Brokers and will report directly to Howden Broking Group Chief Executive Officer Tim Coles.
Bennett has also acquired seats on the boards of both Howden Insurance Brokers and the Howden Broking Group.
According to Bennett the process of integration is progressing well, and described the transfer of assets as a significant milestone.
