Graduates have voted Marsh the best UK insurer to work for in The Top Accounting and Insurance Companies For Graduates To Work For report, created by graduate job review site TheJobCrowd.
More than 300 companies and thousands of graduates throughout the country were surveyed, with particular attention paid to certain areas such as work/life balance, career progression and responsibility.
The corporate reputation and global opportunities afforded by Marsh were seen positively by graduates, and the firm’s colleagues were highly regarded and given a score of 4.5/5.
Marsh Global HR Operations Leader Colin Bashford revealed that over 2,700 people had applied for just 15 places in the firm’s last graduate intake, proof of the firm’s appeal.
