Liberty Mutual Insurance (LMI) has announced the establishment of its first branch in Scotland.
LMI has also announced the appointment of Caroline Inglis to the position of branch manager for the new Glasgow office.
Inglis has spent her entire career working in the Scottish insurance market, and now reports directly to Head of Business Development and Market Relationships Mark Stephenson.
The team are likely to move into the new premises, to be located in the city centre, early in the New Year.
Stephenson said that the opening of LMI’s first Scottish branch was a reflection of its confidence in both the firm itself and the potential for growth in Scotland.
He went on to welcome Inglis to the firm, stating that she had many years of experience in the sector and would ensure the new branch offered a high quality of service.
